Mark Asquino. In Rhode Island where I grew up, a "cabinet" is what everyone else calls a milk shake. Of course, in hoity-toity Massachusetts, it's also called a "Frappe." The R.I. name comes from the cylindrical metal cylinder used to mix the concoction. And this leads me to observe that Trump's "Cabinet" also consists of a bunch of metal cone heads.
