Cabbage is the best for those of you who were deceived by the other choices. Versatile vegetable and works fine if you take a Bean-o tab when you eat it.

Wholeheartedly agree. Stir-fried. Stuffed. Braised red. Slaws. Kraut. Kimchi. I could go on, but I'm making myself hungry.

Cabbage is so versatile and wonderful and I have a tummy full of it right now. Of course, I'm very very Irish-American

Colcannon! When we cook corned beef and cabbage, we are up to 2-3 heads of cabbage. Used to run out of the good stuff early.

I like cabbage quite a bit, but I like beets more. I make a killer cold Borscht in the summer.
