Here’s what I think: I think Biden did it because he is fed up. With everything. After the election, it is abundantly clear that the majority of Americans don’t give a crap about ethics or morals. They’ve knowingly elected a felon, a sexual predator, a congenital liar, a thief, a con man and a cheat. I just think Biden said, or thought, '“fuck it.”
